Xp - Explorer.exe Sie Nie Uruchamia

zmienilem sprzet na nowszy, dysk jest po swiezo formacie i instalacji windowsa XP SP2. mimo to przy uruchamianiu windowsa, komputer nie wlacza pliku explorer.exe i trzeba go samemu uruchamiac poprzez menadzer zadan. pokazuje sie po prostu czysty pulpit, bez ikon i paska zadan.
patrzylem co jest w msconfigu i tam w "uruchamianych" nie ma explorera, czy powinien byc? jak go ewentualnie dodac do uruchamianych programow? czy moze cos innego uniemozliwia samoczynne wlaczenie sie tego pliku?
mam zainstalowany najnowszy zonealarm (ale on nie blokuje).

A oto, jak latwo sie to robi:
1) Kliknij "Start", "uruchom". W pisz CMD
2) Do napedu włóż CD z Windowsem Xp
3) w okienku polecen wpisz SFC /Scannow
4)nacisniej enter
pliki zostana podmienione uruchom ponownie komuter powino pomoc. czekam na odpowiedz czy zadziałało.

zrobilem jak napisales, niestety uruchamiania systemu dalej nie dziala prawidlowo, chcociaz internet explorer zaczal w koncu normalnie wyswietlac tytuly stron (zamiast jednej literki). wszystko sprawdzilem jeszcze raz AVG i symantec online a takze adaware. nic to nie dalo. moze to jakis konflikt sprzetowy? mialem ostatnio problemy z portami USB (neostrada nie chciala dzialac).
